Chesapeake- On April 28 @ 11:15 AM, Vicky L. Faulkner , a beloved wife, mother, grand ma, sister, aunt and friend to many was called home. Born to Robert and Eunice Gary in Virginia Beach, VA married to James Faulkner 48 years (now deceased). Vicky worked in various roles until joining Norfolk as a Culinary expert obtaining over 30 years of service. Vicky is proceed in death by her Husband James and son Curtis Hamberry. She leaves lasting memories by way of her kids, (2) daughters Denise Brooks, Diane Gill, (5) sons Hugh Hamberry, Marvin Hamberry, Junior Wright, Dwayne Faulkner, Mike Faulkner and Jeffrey Faulkner. She also leaves a host of grand children, great grand children Nephews and Nieces. Vicky was truly a light extinguished but still burns bright within those whom she touched with her food, music, love and compassion.
