A Homegoing Celebration will be 12:00 noon Friday; April 26, 2024 at Fitchett-Mann Funeral Services; 1146 Rodgers St. Chesapeake, VA 23324. Visitation will be 4-6pm Thursday; April 25, 2024 at the funeral home.
